Love the Pheasants For Forever hunt they do for the kids!

My seven year old son and I were invited on a hunt here with a family friend who has a bird package. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owners wife, Judy, who showed my son the bird pen. Todd, the owner, took our family friend and my son on a UTV ride to release birds and show the field we would be hunting. During the hunt, my son stayed 5-10 yards behind us. Midway through our hunt, Todd pulled up in the UTV again and lost his mind on my seven year old son, who's along for his first hunt, because he allegedly was pulling up a few sorghum stalks while walking, which Todd was observing via binoculars from the house. I apologized repeatedly and stated it would not happen again to no avail. Todd continued to berate my son and myself before peeling off in the UTV. My son became very upset and emotional, and we quickly finished our hunt and left. I'm sure the owners are not always like this with youth being introduced to hunting, but the situation could've been handled in a better manner.

I’ve been going here for a few years. Todd and Judy are awesome people. Their place feels like home and the dogs have a blast! I will continue hunting here with the dogs for many years. Definitely recommend. Nice quiet little spot!

I've been here four or five times for non-member hunts. Absolutely loved it. Can't wait to go back again.
