Magnolia Game Farm

Great place to train dogs and get some exercise. Al Mccoy is a legend and an amazing person! Worth stopping just for the conversations!

We've only been here once, probably won't go back. Could be a good place if fields were managed better. Dogs were beat and bloody after one pass through. On a normal day we take most all of our birds, we took four out of fifteen here? And it wasn't from our shooting, the cover was so thick we couldn't get in and find them. That being said, any day out is a good day!

I took are one year old yellow lab over to the magnolia game farm. I ask for an easy place to work the young dog. They worked with me asked how I would like the birds placed. They all took the time to make sure the day was a good day. Thank you Magnolia game farm.

used to hunt at Magnolia 15 years ago, it was alot better then verses our hunt today, bought 4 birds they placed them in a field which was at least 50 acres, my son, our GSP and i covered 95% of the field, got one hen, it'd be ok if you had 6-7 people. It would've been alot better if they put us in a 10-15 acre track.. live and learn..

Owners are very friendly and overall had a great experience. Fields have very healthy cover for the birds and a lot of space for the dog to run. Great place to take my young dog and get him on live birds, I just wish pheasant hunting wasn't so expensive at game farms :)
