This place is pretty awesome! Amy was onsite to answer all of our questions. She's been working here for many years, and her knowledge about it shines through! I'll have to make the trek to come back out here and try out their horse riding. I'm so intrigued with seeing the mountain ranges. The wildlife is beautiful. The service here isn't the best, and that's one thing I love about it. Make sure you go during business hours so you can see the museum and additional buildings.

Fielding Garr Ranch is a must-visit destination in Utah! The scenic drive out is breathtaking, and the ranch itself is steeped in history and natural beauty. With well-preserved buildings, exhibits, and wildlife viewing opportunities, this place is perfect for anyone interested in pioneer life, ranching, or historical homesteads. The self-guided tour is easy to follow, and the park ranger is friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, it's a great spot for families, with plenty of picnic tables and a bird refuge to explore!

Very interesting farm and ranch. The history is amazing. The ranch is inside Antelope Island. The history is interesting and to see the tools and farm equipment from the ages all over. I liked the horses.

What a cool old farm! We almost didn't visit it because the day was getting late but it turned out to be the best part of our visit to Antelope Island. The house looked exactly like my great grandmother's house in Loveland, CO, built in the late 1800s. Amazing views and a great place for my 4-8 year old kids to explore a bit more independently. They loved petting the local horses too.

I enjoyed my visit at the ranch. The small museum is very well organized and informative, breaking down the ranch's history into blocks of time. At the ranch, there are pamphlets that provide information regarding the buildings, rooms or equipment. It is a large, well-kept property. Disappointingly, there was no one to answer any questions. They were there in the office, loudly being overheard in the museum. There are also several horses. If you are going to Antelope Island and you love historical settlements and homesteads, do go.
