Our company retreat was an incredible experience from start to finish. The lodging was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, making everyone feel at home. The food was outstanding, fresh and plentiful. The catering staff was very accommodating as we chose to have dinner one night at The Estate and the next night at the steak house. Beyond that, the services offered went above and beyond expectations. Every detail was handled with care, which allowed our team to truly relax, connect, and focus on the purpose of the retreat. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and grateful. Highly recommend to any group looking for the perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and professionalism.

Best place ever! The vibes are awesome with a true country feel. I even got to meet the owner, who was very nice and welcoming. They had an amazing barn and patio party that made the whole night unforgettable. The food was A+ delicious and satisfying. The restaurant and bar are open to the public, and every employee I encountered delivered the best service. Highly recommend this spot if you want great food, a fun atmosphere, and genuine Texas hospitality!

We planned our wedding at the venue owned by the same owners as Wildcatter and most of our family, friends and wedding party stayed here! This was perfect because the groom and groomsmen were able to go fishing and skeet shooting during the day while the bride and bridesmaids got ready at the venue! The boys had a blast and the place is stunning! We got so many compliments from our wedding guests who stayed here and it felt like a vacation getaway on top of a wedding weekend! The hotel is beautiful and so are the cabins! Each cabin has a different western theme and the history of that theme is on the wall in each room. If you want a classy western feel, definitely come stay here! We will definitely have to come back because there just wasn’t enough time in 3 days to enjoy this place enough!

In July, my professional fraternity held a Summer Retreat at the Wildcatter Ranch and Resort. We had members who had rooms in the hotel, the log cabins, and the 5 bedroom ranch house. I was the luckiest of all in that I was in the ranch house with the master suite as my room. The bathroom in the master is absolutely amazing, and the room was also awesome. The staff treated us like royalty the entire weekend, and the catered food and the food at the restaurant was amazing. My stay at Wildcatter Ranch was exceptional in every way. Alongside the warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, great music, and excellent food, I had the chance to gain a deeper understanding of life on the ranch. It was inspiring to see how respectfully and thoughtfully the animals are cared for – the horses, healthy and content, spend their days on wide open pastures. What touched me most was experiencing the land from a different perspective: the fields, the grazing cattle, spotting a curious armadillo, and hearing coyotes call in the distance at night. All of it made this stay truly special for me – a blend of relaxation, connection to nature, and the feeling of being, if only for a moment, part of this remarkable place. It not just an Hotel it‘s a feeling and way of living and caring.
