Three Points Ranch

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The booking experience was so smooth ,correspondence was easy, clear, and delightful. As our trip got closer, we received a thoughtful series of emails to set us up for success with details on how to get there, what to bring, and fun things to do nearby. When we arrived, the land did not disappoint. The oaks, the wildlife, the barn, the airstreams, and the covered porch—all perfectly curated for a rustic yet elevated experience. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything our chef needed to prepare meals for a large group of women. Michelle and Sally were an absolute gift to work with,so kind and accommodating. I can’t recommend TPR enough! And the sleeping porch…YOU MUST sleep on the sleeping porch. The linens and beds were high quality, making it an unforgettable experience. This land is truly magical. Thank you for having us! During our stay, we also enjoyed day trips to Longhorn Caverns and Krause Springs—both fairly close and such a treat to explore. Coming from Houston, this place feels almost like a hidden gem

Had the most incredible women’s retreat out at Three Points Ranch. Sally and Michelle are so wonderful to work with, and the facility was impeccable! It was like stepping into a totally different world. We enjoyed excursions to Longhorn caverns and Krause Springs, a true Texas adventure. Each airstream has its own personality and you can feel all of the love and care that goes into this beautiful haven. 5/5 recommend and will definitely be back.

We love Three Points Ranch and Sally, the owner. She has created such a wonderful and peaceful space and is always on top of taking care of our group. We've visited three times now, hosting men's retreats here, and it's the perfect blend of ranch, rustic, and comfortable. We love the tents, the Airstreams, and the outdoor pavilion area. We'll keep coming back.

Can't recommend this enough! 25 of us came from NYC and despite very rare cold weather- we had a blast! The space was amazing and the care of the hosts was above and beyond! Thank you so much!! Definitely an adventure to remember for years to come :)

Want to feel like you’re living out in the wide-open spaces of the Texas Hill County and have all the comforts of home at your fingertips? Three Points Ranch is the place to be! We very much enjoyed the Pavilion and I snuck in a few refreshing outdoor showers, which are not to be missed on spicy hot Texas days. The kitchen is well-appointed and truly has everything you need for simple to lavish meals. There’s also tons of cold storage space with a commercial fridge. The family has owned the acreage for decades and they care deeply about the land, its animals and of course, all who visit. They are very ecologically minded and take a lot of care to recycle, which I really respect. They cater to groups, big or small!
