Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Prairie Legends Outfitters. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. The lodge itself is cozy and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay after a long day in the field. The grounds are beautiful, and the hunting experience was second to none. The guides were experienced, friendly, and helped make our hunt both challenging and enjoyable. They worked hard to ensure we had the best possible experience and that safety was always a priority. The bird populations were plentiful, and we were able to gets lots of shooting! I highly recommend PLO to anyone looking for a memorable pheasant hunt. Whether you're a seasoned hunter or a beginner, they’ll take care of you. I’ll definitely be back next season!

Tarell and his family are wonderful people to spend the weekend with—warm, inviting, and incredibly hospitable. As soon as we met, they welcomed me with a drink and great conversation. I truly enjoyed getting to know them!

Incredible experience for a South Dakota pheasant hunt. Food was great, guides were dialed in, and the hunting was as good as it gets. They go the extra mile to make sure everybody is having a great time. I can’t wait to go back and experience it again.

We hunted with Prairie Legends last fall and only one word comes to mind….WOW. Bryce and his brother run a very professional operation. Everything from the bird numbers, dogs, accommodations, food was absolutely top notch.
