Buck and Boar Lodge of SC

You will be amazed at all the animals Troy has on his property. He runs a well oiled machine. I took my son, my new son and one of my best friends. We harvested 7 hogs and 3 yew goats in 2 days. Lodge and cabins are first class. The guides Greg, Craig and Bill are professional and very nice. I highly recommend Buck and Boar. I will bet you will return. Dave Reinhart

Both the owner and all the employees are very interested in you having a good time and working with you to ensure you get your animal. Accommodations exceeded expectations. Meals were all very good, plenty to eat and drink. Rooms clean and well kept. I was with a group of six, we all plan on returning. Thanks for the great experience !

This place is a lot cooler than you think. First off, it's huge. There are a ton of animals and the lodging is perfect. The food was great and they let you do your own thing the whole time you are there. I will definitely be back multiple times. Blas and Bill are great guides and Troy and his wife are very nice people.

My 85 year old father and I totally enjoyed every minute of our visits with Troy and his family. They picked Dad up at the front door, and settled him into his ground blinds, so that the hunt was very easy for him. I walked and stalked with a guide, and if the hogs saw or smelled you, they were gone! They're not domesticated in any way! The stands are very well maintained, and if you don't take a hog, it's only because you didn't pull the trigger! I'm definitely returning to the Buck & Boar Lodge!

We just came back from a hog hunt and had an amazing time. Troy is as good as it gets. The food was excellent, the lodge was nice and clean and the service was outstanding. My son got his first hog experience and it was a 250lbs boar. If you’re thinking about a hog hunt, book a hunt here!!! Your only regret will be you didn’t do it sooner.
