Corbett Creek Ranch

After visiting the ranch all the way from Alabama, I bought two fillies from Corbett Creek. They raise sound horses in both body and mind. The fact that the horses are also beautiful is a bonus. The amount of time spent preparing foals for their new homes is unsurpassed. Vickie was also instrumental in procuring quality transportation for the girls when they were ready to make the trip from Oklahoma to Alabama.

If you are looking for a beautiful, conformationally correct, and more importantly sane foal to add to your family/program/farm, CCR is where to go. We couldn't be happier with our filly out of their program. Not only are Vickie and Brent 2 of the hardest working people you will meet, they are full of integrity and are just genuinely good people. When we picked up our horses from them, they couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Before this point, Vickie made me feel very much part of the whole experience, even living over 1000 miles away. She sent me regular pictures, videos, and updates on my foal, and she never made me feel rushed with any questions, and always promptly responded. The love they have for their animals is more than evident. We got to meet all of the broodmares, babies, and their stallion, Van. My daughter was in her glory loving up on all of them. All of the horses were so polite -including the babies- and loved the loving! You would have never known Van was a stud. He was just as nice as the girls and what a handsome fellow! They are all well cared for and just beautiful. If I was in the market for another baby, there is no doubt where I would return! Quality animals from a place that puts the animals' needs first. I hope to return in the future, even if it's just to visit. I feel like we've gained friends as well as the family members we brought back home with us.

Vickie and Brent are wonderful people, and their horses are a testament to dedication to breeding and raising horses with quality, beauty, and brains.

Actually have not had the pleasure of visiting the Ranch. Just a few words spoken to the beautiful horses coming to greet me as I check my mailbox. Only a couple brief chats with Vicki after moving in one of our rescued cats got a little too nosey and was welcomed up a tree by another neighbors Dog. Pumpkin now has learned to climb up and get back down from all trees in the neighborhood. He spent the whole night up the tree and most of the day before with the Dog sleeping at the bottom of a tree inside their fenced yard on a very small limb.

They are the nicest people. Really enjoy having them and there animals as neighbors. It is a joy to watch the horses interact with them. They take excellent care of all the animals on the ranch and in the neighborhood.
