Floyd Lamb Park

The structures & the grounds are so well kept. It feels like you're in a different state with all the tall trees, grass & water. Beautiful snapshot from the past. Lots of bathrooms, picnic areas, shaded walking/biking trails. It's peaceful, beautiful, rich in history, unique and a stark contrast to the bleached desert that surrounds it.

We go there at least once a week. Beautiful clean place for picnic or to have some me time. Connect with nature grass, trees, water, lakes, peacocks, geese, yourself.

Very pretty park that is full of birds and other wildlife. Also makes for a great photography place in Las Vegas! You'll see lots of people take photos it you visit :)

Feels like a different state! This is truly an oasis within the desert that is Nevada. Grass, trees, lakes, ducks, this park is teeming with life. There are even wild peacocks here! The mountains in the distance add a breathtaking touch. There are several historic buildings from the early 1900s, accompanied by informational signs describing what each building was for. There are probably close to 50 picnic tables scattered across the vast property. There are 3 or 4 sizeable lakes full of ducks, geese, and fish. Fishing is permitted with a maximum of 3 catches per person. This place is great for family gatherings, birthday parties, weekend excursions, daily walks, and more!

Fun to be here. Everytime we want to get out of the house to get a cool breeze, we come here... Grab some food and drinks on the way... We all love our picnics here... Plus FYI, this park honors military families with free entrance. Thank you Floys Lamb Park for your continuous support! 👋👋🙂
