Took my granddaughter and had an amazing time! Definitely up close and personal with the animals. Got to feed and pet camels, alpacas, llamas, porcupine, horses as well as interacting with other animals. We loved the family dogs who went along on the adventure. Animals were obviously loved and well cared for, many of which are rescues. Highly recommended.
My daughter and I went for the 4th of July. It was definitely a worthwhile experience. The tour was long and informative. The animals were absolutely adorable, especially the camels and mini horses. We got to feed them carrots and they were so affectionate. A sloth came out at the end, and snacked on blueberries. The animals seemed calm and well cared for. Definitely recommend.
This excursion was amazing to the fact you can interact with the camels by feeding them carrots and grapes to Thorn the porcupine. She was so cute. The guy showing us around (sorry forgot his name) was very informative about everything in his establishment. He was also very mindful for your safety as the camels can come up to you and all seemed very placid and happy to see you. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely SPECTACULAR…Don’t think about it, just book it. Our 10 year old son said “This is better than Disneyland”, and he was absolutely right. Not only were Guy and Ally so informative and kind, but you can tell they really love their animals, which is so amazing. We will definitely be back!
We traveled from Las Vegas, it was about an hour and a half drive. It was definitely fun to see exotic animals up close (lots of camels, a porcupine that you get to feed, Llamas, a Zeedonk, and a sloth)! However, I do not think its worth $60 per adult (and $50 for children). Its cool to see but overpriced for what you get. Its also not very well maintained. For that price they should at least offer water in hot summer days. Also, the tour is not two hours long as advertised, it was only an hour and a half. (Didn't mind it too much since it was starting to get real hot).
