Mescalero Big Game Hunts

Enjoyed a cow elk hunt here with my son and couldn't be happier. They run a fantastic operation and with all those turkeys we saw, I think I know what I'm booking for next.

The people are nice and the scenery is Beautiful!

This is a fantastic place! Beautiful country abundant in game. The people are friendly and will bend over backwards to help you achieve your hunting goals. I want to thank a bunch of people but mostly Eddie and Joe who made it possable. I also apologize for my irritability . I came to this hunt with too broken toes on my right foot that I should have stayed off of. But I could not pass up such an opportunity . Over the first couple day my foot swelled to the point I couldn't use my good boots and had to switch to sloppy worn-out pour function boots . I was in a lot of pain and combined with a handicap of 75% hearing loss I was not understanding what I should. It ended well with both my self and my partner taking nice cows. Thank you for putting up with me and I apologize hole heartedly for my unpleasant behavior. Certainly not my normal nature and Certainly not the impression I wanted leave behind. We hunted cows in early November and had a great time. Submitting our request was simple and getting our permits once their was quick and easy. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful. Our guides Cloyce and Hotdog were awesome and had us tagged out by end of the first day. Plus the countryside was beautiful and the elk magnificent. Looking forward to next year. They have a bench rest to dial in your rifle if needed. Targets set up out to 400 yards
