Heggemeier Game Farm & Kennels

Birds are always good fast fliers and the field setup is challenging. Great place for dog training and having a great time! Good people, good birds, good times…what more do you want? Rates were reasonable. Guide was skilled, steady, and patient. Dogs were relentless. Birds were big, tough, and acted a lot more like wild birds than farm raised. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

I was able to get my dogs out before season and get them on birds. Birds held good for the dogs and got to see the dogs work and honor each other's points. I've only been to one other game farm and this place was so much better, the quail are huge and sound like a quail should when taking off and the pheasants are big and in beautiful condition

Great place to hunt. The birds are a challenge and the landscape and is beautiful. Super friendly family that runs the place. Will definitely go again and recommend to anyone that is looking for a great down to earth place to hunt.
