East Fork Lodge & Ranch

My niece and my two teenage great nieces reserved the large cabin two months prior to Christmas. We had planned our family gathering for there. My niece just lost her husband and my great nieces lost their dad, and was looking for a relaxing place to gather and rest. I went with her to check in. The cabin was beautiful and the location was beautiful. We got into the cabin and found it covered with dead flies. Not just a few but piles everywhere…on the floors, counters, beds, shower floors, everywhere. The floors were dusty and the towels in the bathrooms were dusty and worn. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. My niece asked for a refund and didn’t stay. The manager, who was out of town, had to be called by the attendant. She said the cabin was cleaned the day before. It was quite apparent that it hadn’t. There were no amenities either. We would love to stay there in the future. Our hearts were broken when we couldn’t stay and have our family Christmas there. I live in Albany and had been there several times but not to stay the night. I went several weeks before to check out the cabin but it was rented out at the time. So I didn’t get to check it out. I am so disappointed because I was so excited for my family, who drove 10 hours from Nashville, to get some rest and to connect with family after their big loss. They ended up staying with me in my small home in Albany. The price of the cabin was $250 for the first night and $225 the second. There is no reason that the attendant couldn’t have double checked the cabin before our arrival. The entire cabin needed to be cleaned with disinfectant and new towels and such needed to be replaced. My daughter took pictures of everything. Very disappointed.

Beautiful view from our beautiful room. We had a lovely, easy, comfortable time at the new East Fork. We got to see some of their magnificent elk. It's a wonderfully clean, well-organized place and you will love it.

We are so thankful and honored that you gave us (Uptown Productions DJ Service) the opportunity to be a part of your open house. Your family, friends and business associates were the nicest and most kind hearted group of people to mingle with. So many great conversations going on. We had the best time! Thanks again for a memorable time. We are very excited to DJ an event at your venue. See you on August 11, 2018 for our friends and family getaway!!

Such a Beautiful and Serene Lodge! They have an amazing setup for ANY occasion. Very friendly staff and a down home atmosphere. And i was greatful for them housing all us ladies!

Jamie does a great job and is very caring for her guest. The place is very comfortable and clean.
