Wilderness Ranch

We’re long time visitors to Reed Ranch (since ‘66) and have stayed at all the lodges. Salt Box just moved into first place! The new screen porch and upper level deck are long needed improvements made by Wilderness Ranch. Also, new beds in all rooms and addition of queen mattresses in private bedrooms much appreciated. Best part is Torrey, our onsite Caretaker. He knows and loves this land and treats our family members like old friends! My only concern is the cost of the pontoon. See you next year!

Stayed in Saltbox. Nice new flooring! Seriously the best fishing I’ve ever had on any inland lake by far. If you love wildlife, quietness and being in one of the darkest places to view stars after a good day of fishing this is your spot. Thank you Wilderness for the hospitality

Pluses: New beds are great and a much needed improvement. Cabin was very clean. Minuses: Toilet flushes very weakly. Large pasta pot, cutting board, and better kitchen utensils would be nice.

Spent a fall like long holiday weekend in George's Cabin and had a wonderful time. The cabin itself was recently remodeled and was beautiful both inside and out. Very clean, great amenities. Going out on the lake and exploring the property by quad was awesome as well. Completely recommend a visit to Wilderness Ranch.

There is nothing like this place. Our family and extended family rents all three houses during the same week and it's like having ten square miles of pure bliss to ourselves. It's a magical place with so much to do - swimming, sailing, kayaking, fishing, running, biking, campfires, puzzling, card games, baseball, star gazing...
