I went horseback riding for the first time here and it was amazing! I absolutely love the horse I got to ride! The instructor was funny and very friendly. We went through the river and my horse love to play in it, so that was a cool experience. I definitely wanna do it again. My 13 year old daughter also tagged along and instantly loved it!

Always a great time at Double R Ranch! Steve and the entire staff are a pleasure to work with, Professional, attentive and knowledgeable. My wife, myself and many friends & family have been here many times over the years. So much to do, great tubing or kayaking, nice campground and I especially like the horseback riding. The prices are reasonable too. It helps that it is close to home as well, very convenient. One thing I really admire about Double R is that they do a lot of different things to give back to the community and especially how they have helped me with my Special Olympics silent auction/fundraising over the years.any company with a good heart will always earn my business and respect. Highly recommend Double R for your Summer adventures!

Been camping here a long time, over two decades. I have watched the care and attention given to the campground decline, especially over the last few years. The playground has numerous hazards for kids, cracked slides that'll cut your children if they do dare to venture on to the aged equipment. The owner himself is rude. Will walk right into your campsite unannounced, cussing you out for something you didn't have anything to do with! There are numerous dead oak trees throughout the campground, while there last week a huge 500lbs+ branch fell into a thankfully empty campsite. Sooner or later someone will get hurt. The river is the only reason I have kept going back, but I might be done with them now. Their camp playground is a hazardous joke, with a rotting lumber climbing structure complete with rusty bolts protruding for maximum effect. The bathrooms are guarded by some random dude who must've traded free camping for his guard services, creepy AF. If you intend to ride their horses, you'd better book the horse riding when you book the site or you're SOL. But hey, apparently the golf course ain't bad

I bought hay from these guys. They said it was good hay for cows my cows won’t even touch. It won’t eat. It won’t nothing. I called asked for a refund of my money back and they’re getting shitty with me telling me that I have to bring the bales back with no loader to load them back up on my trailer or nothing to bring them. I’ve already spent $25 in gas one way and $25 in gas all the way going back so I’m still paying $50 for hay that I can’t even feed my animals. This place is a joke and I do not recommend it to anyone. They save all the good hay for their horses, their animals and that’s all they care about they don’t care about no one else’s animals. They don’t care about anything else but their selves so I’m just telling everybody don’t buy hay from these guys don’t do any business with these guys. They got so much money in a nice business from screwing people over how they got it.
