Immersive Gamebox - Northshore Mall, Massachusetts

Such a cool & fun experience from the moment u walk in! We were greeted by friendly front desk staff and directed to our gaming box. She went over everything with us, how to play and what to expect. The game was very good in giving instructions and making sure u understood concepts. Such a fun time once you get the hang of it. We played Squid Games it was a hour and we will deff be back to try more.

Sophia was awesome. She greeted us promptly and got us up and running. This place is great to work off some energy for the kids. The passes are totally worth it. Would be great if they keep those year round

I had an amazing time at Immersive Gamebox! The experience itself was so much fun, but what really stood out was the incredible service from Chanel. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and made sure we understood how everything worked. She had such a positive attitude and really made the whole visit feel special. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests having a great time. Huge thanks to Chanel for making our visit unforgettable—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Not only were the games far better than expected but the super positive and great service from Jeremy was great too! We were rushing on a hot day to make it to our reservation and he just helped us all relax and have a great time. In addition to being positive and fun, Jeremy was also professional and helpful with the tech and our booking. Shoutout to the Manager, Amber, as well who helped us with booking and other questions we had! Solid team and a solid experience. We were worried it might be as boring as a game room, all flash but not actually fun in person. But it was genuinely immersive haha we loved it!
