Sweetwater Campground, Ranch & Riding Stables

We had to attend a funeral so circumstances were not the greatest. However, staying here at Sweetwater Ranch made things better. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was great. Swimming pool was relaxing and we were able to grill pool side as well. Had time for a horse ride one evening. Staff was awesome and attended to our needs. In the evenings the sunset was beautiful from the arena. We also had a surprise a few barrel riders came in to practice so we were able to watch them. Was like being at small rodeo. There are trials all over you can walk or ride on. We very much enjoyed our stay there and will do it again.

Friendly family atmosphere. Live music tonight was good. 6 in our group and we all enjoyed it. We went on the trace, stopped by the petting zoo and had a bar b Que plate. Owners were interacting with the guest and very attentive. Cannot wait to go back in 2 weeks for the barrel racing.

We come to Sweetwater all the time, since the new owners took over it has been fabulous. The people are friendly, campground and facilities are clean. Love the rodeo, the food and live music. They have so much happening in the near future, can’t wait.

stayed at site 17, next time we'll stay a little more off the main highway. Very much enjoyed the horseback ride, looking forward to doing it again in the fall. Ashley and Justin were very nice hosts. Thanks Mary and Danielle
