Samson’s Ridge, LLC - Illinois Deer Hunting

This place is awesome. Really good hunting, that doesn't seem like a high fence farm. They let you hunt the way you want to hunt. Tony was great to have as a guide for my brother and I. Got to harvest some great deer the last morning of the hunt! Thank you Linn for hosting us, we will return as soon as we can!

Went to private party there. Food wad good. Staff pleasant and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and amazing deer and elk.

After I harvested my deer and paided he told me I couldnt eat the meat because he feeds the deer chemicals for disease . He didnt once tell me anything about his deer being sick or that I couldnt eat the meat in the 3 times I talked to him before hand . Worst of all he sent the deer I shot to his processing plant to be caped and cleaned up. This same place is open to the public so the deer I shot was mixed in with everyone elses deer they dropped off. This guy is a joke and possibly endangering everyone else.I would avoid samson ridge and the processing plant in vienna Illinois.
