I am lucky enough to be able to get a few hunts with Jeff every Fall, and have been hunting with him for several years now. Jeff is a great guide and has always been able to land us on birds. Some of my best times in the woods have been with him, over his well trained dogs. Not only is Jeff a consummate professional, but he will treat you like you're an old friend he has known for years. Jeff and the Sage Spring Ranch has everything that you want from your upland hunting guides. He has a stable of well trained dogs that consistently get the job of pointing, finding and retrieving birds done well. I even had my bird dog trained by Jeff for a few months. He also has access to tons of public and private land to provide you with a variety of species and hunting opportunities throughout the season and can provide you with an exclusive outing (Mountain Grouse, Huns, Sharptail, Pheasant, Chukar and potentially even Sage Grouse if you have a tag).
