I have placed 2 orders now with Folsom Farm Beef. I have been very happy with the quality, doesn't even compare to store bought. It just feels like you are eating healthier cuts and the flavor is much better. I have purchased the steak boxes and ancestral ground beef. My delivery this time around was delayed by UPS and Michelle reached out to me once she was notified. She reached out again when it was delivered to make sure the items were still cold. They did a great job with the packing and the ice packs/meat were still frozen even with a day of delay. If you are looking for a better alternative to what you can find at the grocery store nowadays I would highly recommend Folsom Farm. Great product and excellent customer service.

The ground beef is amazing. It's packaged very well, and shipped to me in Utah still completely frozen. Absolute quality, and the flavor destroys anything I've ever purchased from a grocery store. Plus they are vacuum packed flat and store in your freezer so easily. Great quality steaks, the seasoning tastes great. I even made some bone broth with bones purchased from them. I'm very happy with these guys!

Folsom Farm Beef has really good fresh and great tasting meat. It doesn’t not matter how you cook it the meat taste amazing! Their packaging is professional and tightly sealed to keep the meat fresh while it is in the freezer. They also have a dry rub you can buy or that comes with some of their packages that’s is a really good seasoning and adds some great flavor to the meat. You can place an order online and pick it up if you are local or close. You can even ship it straight to your house or they even have some delivery options available. You can pick pretty much any part of the cow you want in your online order or even purchase a half a cow or even a full cow to stay stocked up. I will definitely be placing another order once I open up some more freezer space.

Great tasting meat and the owners were very kind and very helpful. We bout ribeye with bone one of best tasting steak. Went there to get some steaks for bbq while we were visiting and this meat was amazing. We had to go back to Folsom Beef before heading back to Las Vegas and had to get bunch more to back home with us. Will definitely being ordering more beef and having they ship to us to Las Vegas
