Alderspring Ranch Grassfed Organic Beef

I've been buying beef from Alderspring for a few years now. Excellent beef with great flavor! They ship weekly in very well insulated packed boxes with plenty of dry ice so if it sits on your doorstep all day, it will be fine!

Our Delmonico “the Jack” was one of the tastiest steaks I have tried! Be aware it is grass fed ranged beef so the marbling is nowhere near a prime steak. Also sadly the processors left zero fat cap on this bad boy. But seared in the cast iron and butter basted it was tasty and juicy!!

Fortunately for wild animals and wild places, market hunting ended over 100 years ago. With this change, wild meat became a delicacy exclusive to hunters.
