Wildwood Hills Ranch Retreat Center

This is a fun camp, if you ever need to talk to a counselor you can go to a counselor. The best thing about this camp is the counselor are so kind and always talk to you if you need someone to talk to. I went to this camp for the past 3 or 4 summers. This is the best camp because they have lots of fun stuff, you get to go swimming everyday, you go on horses 2 days out of the week, you get to eat smorse, on Thurseday you get to partciate in a talent show. Your parents drop you off Monday at 12pm then, pick you up at 12pm on Friday. When I got I make new friends, making new friends is the best. They let go to this camp until your 18 years old. That is why I would always recommend this camp. Thank you for making this fun camp.

They are the best camp I want to go back and stay forever

My three youngest kiddos, now 16(son) 14(daughter) and 11(daughter) have been involved with Wildwood for the last few years. Met one of the administrative staff, Regina, when she was my son's teacher at Joshua Christian. The older two have semi-monthly leadership retreats throughout the off-season, and all attend camps in the summer. I cannot say enough good about the camp, or the staff. Truly a blessing to hear the positive feedback from the children, and I believe the time they're spending there is making indelible changes in their lives. If I had moved out of state, like we thought we might, I would have moved mountains to make sure my kids made it back for camp somehow-and staff would have gone above and beyond to make it happen!

Two stars here is generous and they are only for the equestrian center and Mr Lynn. The camp I do not recommend. My kid was there for 2 days and was sent home because he was being picked on so much he ended up retaliating and standing up for himself. I do not condone his behavior but did the bullies get sent home too? Doubtful. Just please do your research before sending your kids here, I thought I had. I’ve heard from two others about the same issues mine had.

Love this place & the impact they have on so many kids. The entire staff is full of love, support, and pure JOY. You should host an event there or spend a weekend at one of the cabins. Great spot & you support an amazing org.
