Nice place for a quick feral hog hunt. Basically a do It yourself hunt , but if you need help, they can assist. Requires a bit of hiking but not that difficult. Great for a youngster's first time in the woods. Lloyd and Rex run a top notch operation. House in the hunting area is available for nightly rental and you can walk out the door and go hunting.Game retrieval is included. Skinning, quartering and cooling is a very reasonable fee. I suggest you avail yourself of this service. Rex does an amazing job. My processor was impressed by the job Rex did readying the boar for final packaging. They also have Red stag, elk and whitetail if you care to add to the bag. Weekends book up fast but weekday hunts are usually doable. Check their website for further details.

Really nice people. However the website is not accurate at all. There are no Russian hogs, It was a farm pig. The Cabin is rough, Wasn’t clean, trash from previous visitors, toilet leaked water all over the floor. On the positive The “hunt” was fun , the meat from The pigs was far better than any wild hog. It was legit a raised hog. They Qaurter it out for you, skin and gut it and do a really nice job with that though they do charge you $50 for it. It was not what I expected but it was fun. I think they need to be a little more forward with what kind of pig you’re hunting. The cabin needs some desperate cleaning, and updating along with a fence built around to Keep the horses from pooping all over.

Lloyd Johanningmeier and Rex are amazing people. The time and effort they put into the Ranch and their hunts shows. The cabins were fantastic, the view was amazing and hunts are very memorable. Outstanding! I can't wait to go back.

Lloyd and Rex are awesome. They attend to every detail. If it's not booked stay at the lodge. It's worth the money. Took son there for a merino ram. World class. Great memory.
