As landowners, Broken Brow goes the extra mile to strategically manage their habitat to ensure client access to excellent numbers and quality. They take pride in their land stewardship and client relations...and it shows!

I’ve had this trip booked since January 11, 2022 for next week. Confirmed with Austin on August 18 of 2022. I’ve been texting and calling him since Monday to iron out some minor details about arrival time on Sunday and he has been avoiding me all week. He finally called me this evening and unapologetically told me he could NOT take our group to pheasant hunt. I asked him about my friend who purchased an out of state Iowa hunting license just for this trip, and his exact quote was “that’s not my problem.” This is very disappointing as the group consisted of two first time pheasant hunters, two 14 YOs, a grandfather, son and grandson. Work and school schedules were planned around this hunt only to have Austin cancel four days in advance. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, Austin is not a good character guy and he will screw you over.
