Just had a 5-day hunt with Western Big Game Outfitters specifically our guide and the owner Jeff. I was connected with Western Big Game Outfitters from a sales representative from one of the camo companies who used to guide for Jeff. It's state of the art high-end facility with extreme comfort at camp. Jeff, his wife, and the guides do a really nice job of making you feel at home with great food and family style environment during dinner. If you are trying to do a rugged backcountry hunt this is not for you this is definitely more luxury. Jeff has multiple pieces of property with different hunting terrain environments to capture the best of all worlds. Bulls ranging from 250 to 350. Jeff does a really good job of not over pressuring areas but hunting the fringes and outskirts even during the rut. His guides respect him and have great communication with one another. Tons of experienced knowledge and had a great time.

We hunted elk with western outdoor adventures just this year and we had an awesome trip. Jeff definitely took care of us. Our guide was Mike and he was absolutely wonderful and very good at what he does. Jeff is a man of his word and everything went as told. I would recommend hunting with them to anybody. We heard and seen elk everyday. Thanks again to Jeff, Mike and to the other guides that helped get my meat off the mountain.

Ignore the google name I have on this..I along with three others booked an elk hunt with Jeff, the owner. It went extremely smooth and the area to hunt was amazing. Unfortunately the bulls responded on the first week only once on the first morning and left us wanting. Jeff switched strategies and put us on a group that came through is property. Amazing. Although we didn’t tag out we had opportunities , all would return. High praise indeed. Cheers.

We have been to Meeker Co the last 2 years (2018 and 2019) with Jeff and Western Outdoor Adventures and have had the time of our lives! It is such a special experience to have with my son to be out in the mountains and have the privilege of hunting these amazing animals! The lodging was A+ and the guides are very helpful and knowledgeable, A+! Will return every year for this amazing experience! Highly recommend these guys!

Hunted with alot of people and i would have to say hunting here is as real as it gets great people honest people will most def return. Jeff was my guide and he pulled out all the stops to get the job done.
