Canyon of the Ancients Guest Ranch

This is luxury cabins in a rustic setting. Gary and Ming have created cabins that are very nice. They also provide great customer service and care about every guest. They showed us stuff that we would never have known about without them. This was a great relaxing stop.

We stayed in the Cowboy Lodge and had a fantastic time. The hosts were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. We bought some delicious meat from them and enjoyed a barbecue every evening during our three-night stay. The lodge is clean, well-equipped, and includes a small outdoor space that's perfect for relaxing. The only minor challenge was finding space for our large suitcases, as we were on a longer trip and had more luggage than usual. Overall, it was a five-star experience. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

Our family's recent stay at the Star Tower at Canyon of the Ancients Guest Ranch was nothing short of magical. The architecture is a perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort, offering a one-of-a-kind experience that feels both adventurous and luxurious. The tower itself is a marvel. With its panoramic views of the breathtaking landscape, we were treated to unforgettable sunsets and star-filled nights (bring some binoculars!). The interior is beautifully designed! The space was immaculate, and every detail, from the thoughtful decor to the high-quality linens, made the stay feel truly special. Garry and Ming were exceptional, elevating our experience with their warm hospitality. They went above and beyond, offering insider tips on nearby sights and ensuring we had everything we needed. When we arrived we were given a basket of fresh eggs from their ranch—a delightful touch that made us feel so welcomed! Just a short drive from Mesa Verde National Park and the Canyon of the Ancients. We loved exploring the nearby trails and historical sites, then returning to the tower each evening. One of my favorite moments was sipping coffee on the private deck in the early morning, watching the sun rise. It’s a true hidden gem that combines comfort, beauty, and adventure in the best way possible. We'd love to return!

This place is AMAZING!!! My husband, his friend and I stayed in the Wagstaff cabin and it was GORGEOUS! All the details Ming and Gary put into those houses is perfection 👌 Very warm and welcoming people. I've never been treated better staying anywhere else! My husband and I will DEFINITELY be back!
