Work Family Ranch

We had visited Paso Robles for the first time after a year of quarantine. Since we had kids with us we had decided to take them horseback riding. We reached out to The Work Ranch and spoke with Kelly Ranch to see if she would take us for a ride on her horses. This horseback ride was the highlight of our trip! What’s amazing is that you go for a ride through the Work Family owned Acres of land that is absolutely gorgeous out there riding through the hills. This is a personal tour with no other people. The horses are beautiful and very well taken care of. Thank you Kelly Ranch for taking us out on your day off. Because of you, my kids now have a nice memory of our first outing for over a year at home.

What a fantastic afternoon! Kelly was such a great guide for our sunset horseback ride! I rode Honey, others in our group road Duke, Buster and Bonnie. The horses were very gentle but responsive. Everything was very casual, informative and we loved hearing stories about the ranch. We would highly recommend this! Please, please support these good people who are doing good works.

My wife and I recently made a last-minute reservation for a trail ride and ended up having a fantastic time. Kelly and family were super friendly and gregarious, the countryside was amazingly beautiful, and the horses were not only very easy going, but you could tell they weren't just bored old trail ride horses. While most places offer one hour rides, you get 90 minutes here. I would absolutely recommend Work Family Guest Ranch. Can't wait to get back there myself.

We had a wonderful day riding at the work ranch. Kelly could not have been more hospitable and went out of her way to make our day special. Nice horses, beautiful scenery, and the day ended with homemade ice cream. I highly recommend this unique experience.
