My Arizona archery elk hunt was one of my greatest adventures. My hunt was successful in many ways...the rut was in full swing..the elk were very vocal and it seemed we were in the heart of the action every day. Camp life was very friendly and well set up..Arizona Elk Outfitters has a class A organization with great people to prove that. Travis talked me into applying for the unit 9 archery tag and I drew the random tag after 17 years as a non resident. He set me up for a 14 day hunt with my guide Kent, who is the man! We had 18 stalks inside of 100 yards on 350 plus bulls before killing a 368 plus on the 19th stalk. If you want to hunt big bulls in Arizona hit up Travis and go with AEO!

I drew the coveted early unit 9 archery bull elk tag in 2021 and I knew this would be my best opportunity to harvest a trophy class bull. Travis set me up for success as he does with all his clients. I had a great late rifle elk hunt with AEO. My guide Cody was extremely knowledgeable and the camp was a fun experience. We saw multiple bulls everyday and I got set up for a great bull and was able to get it done. Thanks to Travis, Cody and Matt that helped make this year a great elk hunting experience.

My 2022 Elk hunt was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Andy was my personal guide and it was evident from the very beginning he knew the unit and put the work in to get me some great opportunities. In a very short amount of time, we went from a guide/client relationship, to texting one another over the holidays and being friends.
