An excellent experience through and through! My original duck hunt with another company got cancelled due to no ducks flying, and I was able to get in last-minute with this group. My husband and my adolescent labrador both got their first ducks here, which was my priority!! Morgan (owner) tailored this trip to my goals and more: All of the boxes checked plus above and beyond- excellent company, hunting flooded timber/rice fields, camp facility, food, bringing our dogs... I really couldn't ask for more. I loved being in this part of the country. Morgan loves to duck hunt, is ambitious, and will work hard to make an awesome hunt for you no matter what experience level you (or your baby duck dog) are at. 5 STARS!!! From the incredible food menu, the welcoming staff, top notch facility, and location, I can confidently say that I would recommend this trip to anyone with a passion for the outdoors. The Gwin brothers, Taylor and Morgan, are salt of the earth. They run a tight ship, one centered on their faith and the belief that hard work is second to none. As someone who spends over half the year chasing critters in destination locales, this is one that I will never forget, and one I will look forward to doing again. The hunting knowledge shared among the minds of the men that put these hunts on is something anyone can respect. They spend every minute going above and beyond to make the customer experience the best that it can be. Everyone always wants to talk about the hunting, but in my opinion that's only half the battle. The time spent in camp is a very important aspect, and these guys have it down to a science. None of the bland generic meals, or small portions that a lot of the ritzy lodges have. Excellent food prepared by caring hands to make the experience at camp as memorable as the ones afield. What a lodge! Hunting options to fit everyones needs. From A frames in pursuit of big flocks of specks, to hugging a tree watching mallards come from the skies, they can pretty much cater to any desire had by any group big or small. I got to participate in a variety of these activities over my three day stay, and each one was a pleasure. Friendly guides that worked hard to ensure success and that we wanted for nothing, and a few good looking dogs too. Overall, from birds killed, attention to detail, and just overall service, I would say that anyone who doesn't visit is missing out. Worth every penny and then some. Can't wait to go back!

My experience at Delta Heritage Lodge was nothing short of spectacular! The lodge offers a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. The rooms were clean and neat, providing a restful retreat after a day in the blind. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met. The hunting experience was amazing! The guides were knowledgeable and helped us have a successful trip. The variety of game available made each outing exciting. Additionally, the meals served were delicious and hearty – just what you need after a long day. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return. My boys and I had a wonderful getaway dove hunt with CUS outdoors! We loved it so much we could’ve stayed a few extra days. The food, company, guides, lodge, and people were so wonderful that killing doves was just a plus for us! We recommend CUS outdoors and can’t wait to come back during duck season!!
