Kodiak Wilderness Lodge

Our week at Kodiak Wilderness Lodge was wonderful. John, Sara, Chance & Cooper provided great fishing, great food & great fellowship! It was an authentic Alaskan experience with all the comforts of home, but food as good as any gourmet restaurant. My only complaint is John needs a bigger freezer to hold all the fish we are gonna catch next year😜!

Absolutely the most fun I've ever had on a trip. John kept my hook baited, Chantz and Cooper dehooked and threw my fish in the box, I just caught every fish under the boat. Sarah is an exceptional cook and every meal was Georgia boy approved. We all gained 10lbs for the week. It's not a matter of if I'll be back, it's when. The showers work but a banya is preferred. Just watch out for the orca's while you're cooling off in the ocean and count fast.

Wow, what an amazing place and experience. The lodge is amazing, but what really sets it apart is John and Sarah, they truly make you feel like family. Great food, awesome fishing, spectacular views. If you're considering this, don't hesitate!

I had the privilege of staying at Kodiak Wilderness lodge August 2024. It is truly a beautiful setting and the lodge is very comfortable and offers everything to make your experience unforgettable. John, Sarah and their staff went out of their way from the time they got up until the day was over to provide the true Alaska experience. I would recommend this lodge to anyone!
