I just returned from a bear hunt with Hidden Alaska. Tony Marchini provided excellent customer service setting our hunt up and getting us organized. My main guide for the hunt was Travis Preuit. His knowledge and experience was excellent. He was great at keeping us positive and sharing stories of moose, sheep and bear hunts. He took care of us at the lodge and in the field. While I did not harvest a grizzly, I did harvest a nice black bear and my buddy harvested both a black bear and a 9’2” grizz!! We’re now planning a trip back for moose and bear in 2024. Many laughs and memories were made, especially during a 39 hour straight sit in a tree stand. Nothing like pushing your limits!!

Remote Alaska moose hunting has always been a bucket list item. Tony and his crew did a fantastic job and I was fortunate to also harvest a giant moose. Brandon Ring worked his butt off. He's a great young man and was a pleasure to chat with around the campfire.

I’ve been home now a week from my 10 day moose hunt with Hidden Alaska and I am still looking at photos on my phone every half hour! Preparing for your first moose hunt in Alaska can be overwhelming. I HIGHLY recommend doing it with Tony Marchini and Hidden Alaska. Not only was Tony available through text message at any time something popped in my mind but Tony proactively walked us through gear, flights, hotels, cost, meat processing, taxidermy, and getting everything home. Tony is a top notch guy and runs a top notch outfit. We took two years to prepare for this trip and had the opportunity to talk to a lot of people who knew Tony, I have yet to find a person to share anything negative about Tony, and I will follow in line with that, Tony is an incredible individual and the next time I plan a hunt in AK it will be with him. I had the privilege of hunting every day with Travis Preuit. First and foremost Travis did a great job listening to what my expectations were for this trip. I believe that he catered to my expectations and he delivered the hunt of a lifetime for me. I wanted to hunt hard, all day, rain or sunshine, I wanted to be in the woods and was fine not ever seeing camp. I wanted to experience everything, I wanted to embrace the weather, I wanted to help field dress my moose and pack it out, I wanted to hunt sun up to sun down, from the 1st day to the 10th day. Travis made that happen and I felt like I was doing it with a friend who had the exact same expectations that I did. Travis loves to hunt, he loves to be in the woods, he may have gotten more nervous than I did when my bull walked out 😂 and after that bull went down he celebrated as if he was the one who shot it, he celebrated like a great friend. I could not have asked for more in a guide. We sat next to each other for 13 hours a day and hiked 45 min to and from our spot every morning and evening. Our conversations were great, meaningful, and added to the joy the trip provided. We were blessed to see 9 moose and 6 bears in our shooting area and on day 5 we got a great bull, day 6 packed it out, day 7 right back to hunting. I will hunt again with Travis in the future no doubt about it. I highly recommend this outfit. They provided me with the trip of a lifetime!

Just completed my first sheep hunt with Hidden Alaska. I can honestly say that I had the hunt of a lifetime. I unfortunately did not get to shot a RAM but Tony and Max made the trip absolutely perfect. I was able to see parts of Alaska and wild-life that made this trip the most memorable experience. Tony worked extremely hard to get us in a perfect position to see a RAM but everything we put our eye on was just to small. I would definitely recommend Hidden Alaska and when I go back I will be giving these guys a call.

Amazing trip I can’t say that enough. Hidden Alaska is truly one of the best outfitters in Alaska. Tony and Buck helped my dad an I set up the trip logistically and our Guides Cooper and Jake were phenomenal. We ended up doubling up on 2 big bulls on day 5 of a 10 day hunt. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and I can’t say thanks enough to the entire Hidden Alaska team.
